The bedroom was tidy and exceptional. We had both a lovely bed and a nice bathroom. The staff were lovely and fine during our stay. The location was unbeatable and brilliant in a lovely area, adjacent to all the shops, bars and restaurants, walking distance to shops, and really great restaurants. Also, it was relatively close to The Cavern Club.
Wi-Fi connection was weak; poor breakfast, a little disappointed.

In overall, the place is perfect, has efficient and gentle staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best service. The room is newly renovated and decent size on the upper floors.
